Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Devspire Software Development website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Devspire provides software development, web design, AI chatbot development, enterprise systems, Zimra fiscalization integration, IT consultancy, and web hosting services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each engagement will be outlined in a separate project agreement or proposal.

3. Client Obligations

As a client, you agree to:

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all custom work product created specifically for your project will be transferred to you. Devspire retains the right to use general tools, frameworks, libraries, and methodologies developed independently. We may feature completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your project proposal. General terms include:

• check_circleInvoices are payable within 14 days unless otherwise agreed
• check_circleLate payments may result in project suspension

6. Project Timelines

Estimated timelines are provided in good faith based on project scope. Delays caused by late client feedback, scope changes, or third-party dependencies may extend the delivery date. We will communicate any timeline adjustments promptly.

7. Warranties & Limitation of Liability

We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. We provide a 30-day bug-fix period after project delivery for issues within the agreed scope. Beyond this, maintenance and support can be arranged under a separate agreement. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed to date. Any deposits paid are non-refundable once work has commenced.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes business strategies, technical specifications, and any non-public information. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through negotiation, and if necessary, through the courts of Zimbabwe.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
